The customer called after losing all heat and hot water in his house due to his boiler failing. His old unit was actually shooting flames out the from and was unsafe to run. Of course, this happened right after Christmas, so he had a house full of family. His old pumps were corroded and in dire need of replacement before they were the next thing to fail.
