Same day service was a huge plus also they were in need of some new parts and they arrived within an hour. I would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Within 24 hours of our Service Magic inquiry, Chuck at CMS assessed our project — new gas furnace (heat and air conditioning) — in a professional, knowledgeable manner. His survey included suggestions to improve existing duct work to enhance the furnace performance. He also pointed out that our existing furnace was too large for our home and recommended a smaller furnace that would address our needs more efficiently and economically. Chuck and his team arrived and completed their work within a few days. They did a superb job at reasonable cost.

Dave and his crew were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about our options and explained the pros and cons of each, as well as the anticipated costs. When it came time to do the work, they came the day before to review the planned installation, showed up as expected each day during the install, cleaned up after they were done, and went above and beyond to make sure our family was as comfortable and informed during the process as possible. We would not hesitate to use Dave and CMS plumbing in the future for any additional needs.

CMS is the only company I’ll use for my heating/cooling/plumbing work. They are fast, responsive, use good quality products, leave the work area clean, they are polite, friendly and prompt. I find their prices are more than fair as well. I have the confidence they will do the job right, fast, and for a fair price. What more can I ask for?

We were trying to wrap up some home projects before hosting Thanksgiving. With all the craziness we hadn’t realized we needed to run a new water line for our appliances we’d purchased. As we were searching for plumbers and getting crazy quotes and wait times our project the water heater started acting up. Then I reached out to Dave and his team. Dave was great he asked me very detailed questions to make sure he could fit our needs. He made the whole transaction seamless. The quote was super fair and he was able to send someone out the next day. Brad arrived at our home bright and early he was friendly & professional . Brad’s work was with care as if it were his own home. I’ve always hated the way the pipes were set around the original water heater they’ve always been in our way. Thank you, CMS!! I bought my first house 6 months ago, just down the street, and I have used them for everything and they have been amazing. They have an emergency phone # (knock on wood I have never had to use it!) and very helpful staff when you call during business hours. Everything has been scheduled quickly, they are on time and do quality work for a very fair price. Today they installed a water softener & carbon filter and really took the time to get it right, no rushing. They showed me how to use it (though it’s almost 0 maintenance) and even spent time fixing my kitchen sink faucet when they noticed the pressure was too low (even though that was totally unrelated to the filter). I don’t know a lot about ‘house stuff’ but I know I can trust them to help me, and that’s the next best thing. Thank you again!

Rick did a great job cleaning my boiler & fixing my sump pump. The boiler was really dirty from the previous homeowner – Rick worked hard and spent time on it and still stuck to the original price quote. Extra points for re-locking the side basement door, turning off the small area light and the main basement light, and leaving the place clean; it shows an attention to detail and a level of respect that I appreciate. I already recommended CMS to my neighbor and scheduled them to come back next week for an unrelated issue that just surfaced!
