How Do I Become A CMS Elite Plus Customer?
We’re glad you asked! There’s a few ways to join. First, you can always call us at 978-267-5985. Second, you can fill out the form below with your information and someone from our office will give you a call to get you setup. If you already have a payment on file, we can automatically bill it to your card. You have the option to be billed monthly. (All contracts and renewals are a 12 month period).
How Do I Use The CMS Elite Plus Membership?
When you are a CMS Elite Plus Customer, your account is flagged in our service and billing software, so when we look at your account to schedule your services, we will automatically know that you are one of the elite.
How Do I Schedule My Maintenance?
The CMS office will reach out to schedule a day and time for our technician to come out and complete the annual maintenance. The technician will require access to both the indoor and outdoor units. Typically, for AC cleanings, we begin scheduling cleanings in the early spring. Any heating system cleanings will completed during the late summer and early fall. Cleanings are based on availability and weather permitting. Customers are required to provide a spigot for the technician to properly clean the ourdoor units as well.
Does This Mean I Don't Pay For Labor?
No, it does not mean you don’t pay for labor. It does mean that you will receive 10% off your services excluding the cost of equipment replacements. What If I Only Use My Membership Once A Year?
We understand that CMS Elite Plus Customers want to get the most out of their membership. Even if you only use your membership once a year, you will receieve a 1 year labor warranty on all plumbing, heating, and cooling services. Along with the savings that you will receive on that one service call, you also get 4x longer warranty on our work.
How Do I Renew My Membership?
CMS Elite Plus Customers will be charged monthly for their membership and there is no need to contact us to renew the membership. If you want to know more about your membership, you can email us at [email protected] or call us at 978-267-5985 and someone from our team can answer your questions.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
If you decide you no longer want to be a CMS Elite Customer, we ask that you give us a call at 978-267-5985 so that someone from our team ensure it’s cancelled properly. They will also be able to confirm with you when the last day of your membership will be. However, all memberships are a minimum 1 year commitment. Though, CMS reserves the right to cancel any membership at anytime. There are no refunds in the event that you cancel within the first year, and the remainder of the 12 months will be billed out.
