How It All Works

Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

Program Eligibility:

Who Can Refer: This program is open to all existing customers of CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling.
Who Can Be Referred: The referred customer must be a new client to CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and cannot have any existing or prior service history with us.
Qualifying Referral: A qualifying referral is defined as a new customer who signs a contract for a new HVAC system installation (e.g., furnace, central air conditioning, heat pump, or boiler installation). This program does not apply to service calls, repair work, or maintenance agreements.

Program Rewards:

Referrer’s Reward: The referring customer will receive a $150 Amazon Gift Card for each successful and qualifying referral.

Reward Fulfillment:

How the Referral is Credited: The referring customer’s name and contact information must be provided by the new customer at the time of the initial quote or consultation. Referrals mentioned after a contract has been signed and/or the installation has been completed are not eligible for a reward.
When the Reward is Paid: The $150 Amazon Gift Card will be processed and sent to the referring customer within 30 days of the new installation being fully completed and the final payment being received from the referred customer.

Disclaimers and General Conditions:

Program Termination: CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals in progress at the time of termination will be honored.
Tax Responsibility: The referrer is solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities associated with the receipt of their reward.
No Self-Referrals: Referrals for yourself, your spouse, or for properties you own are not eligible for this program.
Disputes: All decisions regarding program eligibility, referral validation, and reward fulfillment are at the sole discretion of CMS Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling and are final.
Non-Transferable: Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value beyond the terms of the program.
