Mitsubishi 5 Zone Hyper Heat Solution

This customer’s home was a ranch style that they wanted to add cooling throughout. However, making sure the temperature was even throughout the home, without one room being too hot and another too cool, was a priority. It was stressed to us that while they wanted the most balanced temperature, they also did not want to have units mounted all over the place. Now, their primary focus was to provide cooling during the warmer months. However, their current heating system was a bit older and may need to be replaced in the future.

We went to work and designed a solution that utilized the space in their home and the technology that Mitsubishi brings to the market, to provide them with the most balanced temperature throughout the home. On the first floor, we installed Mitsubishi ductless wall units with their 3-D i-See technology. This intelligent sensor continuously takes a thermal scan of the room and splits it into 752 three-dimensional zones, measuring the temperature in each to detect exactly where people are in a room. It’s even clever enough to detect how hot or cold a person is.

Upstairs, we utilized the crawl space at the front of the house to install a floor unit. This unit is unique in that it gets mounted low on the wall to fit in smaller rooms with limited wall space. This gave them the heating and cooling in their home, while also avoiding them from having to reconfigure the space. All the units were run to a single Mitsubishi Hyper Heat outdoor unit. This customer also chose to have a poured cement pad installed to help secure the unit on the severly sloped ground. 

Now, the customer has the most even temperatures throughout the house, and a completely capable backup heating system in their home in the event their current heating system ever were to go down. With Mitsubishi being the provider of cooling and heating in the home, they have the peace of mind that their home will be comfortable year round.
