CMS Plumbing and HVAC has been servicing your neighborhood for almost 50 years! Our special pricing is ONLY for residents living within a condo or townhouse community. We have been the trusted service specialist for residential plumbing, heating, and cooling for all types of equipment. We provide our customers with the most professional service from the moment we arrive in our booties to protect your home.
This special provides our members with two annual maintenance visits for their heating and cooling systems. In addition, you get an inspection of your plumbing system, no $99 dispatch fee, and 10% off all service

How do I Become A CMS Maintenance Member?
We’re glad you asked! There’s a few ways to join. First, you can always call us at 978-806-0360. Second, you can fill out the form below with your information and someone from our office will give you a call to get you setup. If you already have a payment on file, we can automatically bill it to your card. You have the option to be billed monthly or one sump annual payment. (All contracts and renewals are a 12 month period).
How do I use the CMS Maintenance Membership Program?
There is nothing for you to do. Our software will remind us to service your cooling system in the spring and your heating in the fall. Our office will contact you to find a day and time that works best for you. When you call for service, we’ll see your acccount tagged to provide you your 10% off and to wait the dispatch fee!
What Will Be Covered In The Maintenance?
We will check all of your home’s heating and cooling system components to ensure there is no safety concerns. Also, we will do a full inspection of your home’s plumbing system for any potential upcoming issues.
How Do I Renew My Maintenance Membership?
Maintenance Memberships automatically renew every year (typically when we call to schedule one of your appointments). The card that we have on file will automatically be billed, unless requested by the customer beforehand. Any questions about when your membership renews, you may call 978-806-0360.
