How do I Become A CMS Maintenance Member?
We’re glad you asked! There’s a few ways to join. First, you can always call us at 978-267-5985. Second, you can fill out the form below with your information and someone from our office will give you a call to get you setup. If you already have a payment on file, we can automatically bill it to your card. You have the option to be billed monthly or one sump annual payment. (All contracts and renewals are a 12 month period).
How do I use the CMS Maintenance Membership Program?
There is nothing for you to do. Our software will remind us once a year to schedule an inspection and cleaning for your system. Our office will contact you to find a day and time that works best for you.
What Will Be Covered In The Maintenance?
We will check all of your home’s heating system components to ensure there is no safety concerns. Also, we will also analyze the efficiency of your system. From you gas pressure and through your combustion to ensure your system is running as efficient as possible. In addition, we will ensure your system is registered with the manufacturer to get the most out of your warranty. Finally, our technician will flush and descale your system to help prolong it’s lifespan.
How Can I Save On My Annual Maintenance Plan?
CMS will provide a 5% discount on the annual price if more than 10 customers sign up for our Martin’s Landing Special Price. While we have already helped many residents in Martin’s Landing, we are looking to show more people what makes CMS different from the competition.
How Do I Renew My Maintenance Membership?
Maintenance Memberships automatically renew every year when we schedule your annual maintenance. The card that we have on file will automatically be billed, unless requested by the customer beforehand. Any questions about when your membership renews, you may call 978-267-5985.
