Mass Save Heat Loans are 0% interest loans available to Massachusetts homeowners to help finance energy-efficient upgrades for their homes. This can make significant improvements more affordable, leading to long-term cost savings on energy bills and increased comfort.

- Loan amounts: You can borrow between $2,000 and $50,000, with higher amounts available for specific projects like heat pump installations.

Eligibility:
- You must be a homeowner in Massachusetts and occupy the property as your primary residence.
- Your home must be a 1- to 4-family dwelling.
- You must first complete a Mass Save Home Energy Assessment, which identifies areas for improvement and helps you choose eligible projects.
- You must meet the creditworthiness requirements of the chosen lender.
